Everybody Hates Casey

Sadie Katz is a writer, actress, and filmmaker known for creating bold, emotionally charged stories with unforgettable female leads. As the creator and co-writer of Everybody Loves Casey, Katz brings her signature blend of dark humor, psychological insight, and raw honesty to the rom/com.

Her writing spans across genres — from comedy to thriller, notably "Scorned" released by Anchor Bay starring Billy Zane & Anna Lynn McCord co-written with Mark Jones the creator of Leprechaun.  With a strong emphasis on flawed, complex women Katz’s storytelling is informed by her prolific acting career, including her breakout role in Wrong Turn 6 and starring in more than a dozen indie features, giving her a rare dual perspective on performance and narrative.

With Everybody Hates Casey, Katz channels her sharp character work, genre sensibility, and wit into a uniquely addictive story designed for the audio format.
